Howdy all. I'm looking for a bayonet to use as part of my medical display. It can be in pretty unserviceable condition as I plan to bend it into a "body hook". When doing burial detail after bodies had been unburied for several days (think major battles) soldiers would pick up a bayonet (and rifle) from the field & bend it into a hook so they could drag the bodies while staying as far away from them as possible. I can get a new one from Fall Creek for about $36 but thought maybe one of you would have one that had been damaged that you'd be willing to part with "on the cheap".

hi all i am a private in north carolina i know there has been no replies i have seen most postings were posted back in 2006 2007 2008 and i havent seen a muskets for sale i have inquired for them, got no response to my comments i am sure that it either was missed or bypassed my adjutant with our unit here in NC urged me to keep trying and posting i didnt want to keep doing it, but if anyone has a musket as euroarms or armisport whatever it is a 1853 or 58 3 band enfield 56" .58 cal with bayonet and sling with whatever comes with it. is great i can buy it for like $325 or what?
