I recieved an email today from a person who is looking to sell some items but is not sure what she has. Unfortunately, it is due to a tragic death by which these items came into this person's posession and her lack of knowledge and experience with these items, she is not sure what they are or what value they may have.
All that is known at this time is that there are "various militia stuff,,a sword,,,MANY clothes" and that there is a willing "need to sell very reasonably".
It's not clear to the current owner that these are reproductions or originals. It may be Rev War or of any era. I really don't know. My only correspondance has been by email and know nothing more than what is mentioned here.
Due to the nature of the death, I am withholding the contact info and will only give it out to interested parties. Please don't speculate publicly on this website.
If you are interested in more detail, or in examining the collection of items then let me know. If you are not interested in purchase but are in the Portland area and would be willing to examine the items and offer some advice to the person currently in posession of the gear that would be very kind.
