the norlands weekend seems to be turning out to be a good event, but in the forcast it is not so good, the weather channel predicts showers for both days, right after a very sunny friday. 40% chance on saturday and 30% on sunday,

Keep it in your prayers that it does'nt rain!

Miss Rose refuses to assume the worst. I see blue skies and sunshine coming up. (she says with a heavy, uncertain sigh)

Besides, our GGGrand-dads got wet, so too shall we!

Huzzah!!!

If it's a reenactment.. it rains.. I think it's like a law or something

My dear Mr. Reeder~

It has been my experience that with the 20th ME,as well as What Remains,  the weather is nearly always perfect.... it seems, however, that not only the 15th AL but the 3rd ME as well seem to have a bit of a rain cloud that follows them around. I do so hope the 20th's and What Remain's good fortune prevails this time.

And if, by chance we are blessed with the liquid sunshine, all the better for the farmers.

Regards,

Miss Rose

Rain? We had 13" in one day a couple of years back, that was rain! a little rain can't cause to much damage or discomfort. Afterall is that not why the Federals were issued ponchos, and why we Confederates often retrieve them from the battle field?

The soldiers that we are representing had to live in these inclement conditions for years. We however only suffer for the weekend! LIFE IS GOOD!

See you all this weekend,
