Some of the Third Maine were filmed last fall at Norlands Washburn for a movie

Turns out, I know the father of of one of the film makers and he pointed me to the trailer on You Tube

Pretty good production

Pretty good production values for some kids in film school! being I was there it was great to see the 8 seconds of that rain filled day in the trailer! but now I wonder what the rest of the plot is....never knew just knew we were doing some civil war stuff....but I wonder now what is in the woodshed???

If it were a Steven King Movie, I would say it was some killer monster, but I suspect it might Underground railroad stuff.

during the filming I watched

during the filming I watched craig die, the son get wonded and the father die and die and die.....It is amazing what a few kids can do with a dive tank.....it was raining that day and I had to load my pistol several times with the filmakers crying out we are losing light....thank god dick had made a good pot o'coffee! I drank quite a lot. of coffee.......It was a good day... I like seeing young people do stuff and have a handle on things..........
I now cant wait to see the whole thing.
