I've mentioned before that I'm a regular listener of the Pritzker Military Library podcast. This month Hampton Sides talks about his book BLOOD AND THUNDER: An Epic of the American West. Although Mr. Sides repeatedly states that the book is not a biography of Kit Carson, Kit Carson is the main focus of the book as it tells the tales of the stories and people around Kit Carson.

This audio presentation is a fun listen. I think most of you will enjoy it.
