Dirigo welcomes you to attend an 1861 Base Ball Match. Please come in period clothing and bring a picnic basket. This will be Dirigo's last event for the season.

Here's the last game of the year for us!!!!
When: October 20th (Saturday) from 2:00 to 4:00
Where: New Gloucester Maine - New Gloucester Community Fair
Who: Dirigo vs. The Hallowell Red Jackets

DIRECTIONS:
From Exit 75 (Auburn) off the Turnpike
1 - Turn Right onto Route 202/100 toward Gray
2 - Travel approx 3.3 miles and turn right onto Upper Village St. (the road is between Cloutier's Store and the Town Garage - Cloutier's will be on your left after you turn and the Garage will be on your right).
3 - At the end of Upper Village Street, bear right to the stop sign.
4 - Turn right onto Bald Hill Road
5 - Travel approx 3/10 of a mile, across a bridge and the entrance to the fairgrounds will be on your left

There is a link to the fair and from there a link to the fair poster. We're one of the featured events!!! We will have the field from 2:00 to 4:00 to play. I plan on being there around 1:00 pm to set up. Kevin "Irish" Sullivan has worked hard (with help from Bob Hubbard) to put the event together. It should be a great time and a great game. The fair has some family activities so bring along the family and enjoy the day!!!
