.. I have sent a letter of resignation of my Chief Signal Officer commission with the ANV. This resignation was sadly accepted and I was told that there would always be a position for me on ANV Staff.
This was a tough decision, but as some may know, I had two classes I was to teach this summer cancelled on me at the last minute and I took a HUGE unexpected financial hit. I could not, in all good conscience, remain in a position I care about so much if I cannot be there to run the department personally. So.... I am no longer Major Reeder... YAY!!!

You mentioned this decision on Saturday to me. I know how hard it was for you to come to. But just consider it a hiatus from that exhaulted position and look for new horizons closer to home.
I've been trying to get more active this year but just can't juggle it all. A big disappointment for me. I feel your pain!
