I'd like to suggest we change the time of the Jan 28th conference from the evening to an afternoon time. Would something in the 12:00 to 5:00 range work?

Your gracious host,
Marc

Time

Marc,
that would be better for me too. 12-5 is OK with me.

Ahhhhhhhhhgggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!

Why do you keep doing this to me? Seriously though, actually makes my day easier....I kinda dreded the drive home after dark, when the beasties and gulicans are out....Just means I might have to bake earlier.

After Dark

Seamus Me Wee Laddy,

Do the Ghosties and Ghoulies, and long legged Beasties, as well as Banshees giving you the quivers? Take some ardent spirits, it staves off snakebite and bad dreams

Time...

Do we need the meeting to last until 5;pm??? How about 3:pm. It is better to leave early after a real good time then to over stay your welcome and bore everyone. What I mean is we should socialize and do some work but we should not try to do it all. We need to leave stuff for the next meeting.

Agreed

I agree Craig,

Let's plan to start at noon. And see where we go with it. With potluck, I kind of figure we will go until about 3:30 or 4:ish.

I have the agenda loosely set as follows:

  • Meet & Greet.
  • Potluck Dinner.
  • Laurie Hillman (copperheadannie) will speak on the idea of first person impressions. The basics of how we work that into presentations. How we can prepare ourselves. And just hear about some of her experiences and thoughts.
  • Open discussion on how we might explore improving a typical encampment with skits or other first person acts. Interactions in front of audiences and with each other.
  • Discuss the merits and tribulations of a possible MCWRA. No intent for anything constructive will come from this. But let's talk about it.
  • Discuss agenda ideas for February 25 Kitchen Conference.

This can ebb and flow according to our needs. But those are the areas I'd like to see us address.
