This years date for the event at Troy, NY is June 24 & 25.
Registration is $2.00 which covers, coffee & donuts each morning & dinner Sat. night. There will be sandwichs Friday night for early arrivals.
There will be a bounty for artillery, $50.00 per gun.
We hope to be able to give a bounty to anyone who takes the field.

Maria will be at the Park Friday to assist anyone with setup. Please let her know if you will be arriving before 2 PM. Phone number to contact her is 518-663-7645 (home), or 518-378-9425(cell). Or email Maria at hullmar@hvcc.edu and let her know.
We usually have cold cuts and salads for those who arrive Friday night and haven’t stopped for dinner. Let us know if you wish to have sandwiches and salads so we can plan enough. We need to know by June 10th. If we don’t hear from you, we won’t have enough. If no one replies, we won’t order for Friday night.
As in the past, we will have coffee and donuts both Saturday and Sunday mornings, dinner Saturday night, dancing after dinner, and a service Sunday morning. There will be a full schedule available at the Park when you sign in.
Everyone must sign in on Saturday morning or when they arrive (for late arrivals).

Registration is due by June 1st. Please include all attendees in the above list. Anyone not registered will not be added into the count for Saturday night’s dinner. If you need more space, please use the back of this form or another sheet. Make sure all names and designations (civilian/military) are included and legible. You may copy this form if you need more space.
There is a fee of $2.00 per person for registration. This fee does not cover the cost of your dinner, and only those registered as participants will be eligible for dinner. Dinner is provided through the generosity of the York Rite Masons. Guests (non-participants) may attend if they send in their names by the registration deadline, and pay a $10 dinner fee. Anyone not registering by the deadline cannot be guaranteed dinner. Pre-registrants will be served first and anyone who is not pre-registered or arrives as a walk-on, will be served if there is enough. You must pre-register, but can pay when you arrive. Please do not send in lists of names of people you think might participate. We use these lists to provide the caterer with numbers for dinner.

There is no space-fee for suttlers, but each person attending with the suttleries must register and pay the $2.00 per person fee.
