I recieved email today requesting reenactors for a class presentation. I am forwarding that email to some of you who I know do such things regularly.

But what I would like to do is add some info to maineMilitia.com that would cover contact info for each unit that is active in the state. And perhaps on the same page or on a different page have some contacts or forms for contacting those in charge of educational outreach.

Craig and I talked about this once. I have his notes somewhere here. But I would like some input from others.

I would like to craft one statement or paragraph that sums up all of us in the state. Then blocks for each unit with some sort of contact info and statement about each unit. How do we fairly line up all the units for this though?

Lastly, I would like a form that people would fill out when requesting some educational support from Civil War reenactors. Once complete this form could be automatically emailed to a represenative of each organization or could go to me or could be posted somewhere for some sort of sorting and processing to be doen by someone.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? The unit write ups could include a photo or two as well.

I know that recruiting and participation has been an issue. This could provide a little more coverage for everyone.
